95% of our customers pay the price that is shown on our Composite Door Designer.

However, sometimes there can be additional charges on older properties (70 years and older) where our fitters may need to use more materials.

Our trained fitters will be able to let you know whether you need to pay any additional charges during your survey or before carrying out your survey from a photograph of your door. 

Not all older properties need additional charges but if they do it is usually no more than £50 including VAT.

Yes we do. All surveys within our regular service areas are free of charge.

If you wish to book a survey with one of our trained fitters, simply complete your design on our Composite Door Designer and request a survey at the end of your design, or call us on 01623 325006.

If you are outside of our regular service areas there may be a small charge.

Mansfield Front Doors regularly install doors in most areas in Nottinghamshire including Mansfield, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Chesterfield,Forest Town, Glapwell, Kirkby - in - Ashfield, Annesley and Mansfield Woodhouse as well as Nottingham its self. 

We also cover areas outside of Nottinghamshire but there may be a small charge for a survey if you are outside of our normal service areas.

We recommend using our online Composite Door Designer to design you new door before requesting a survey as that will give you a good idea of what we offer and the price you will pay which will then in turn make the survey process run quicker.

All of our composite doors are covered by a 10 year manufacture's warranty, giving our customers peace of mind.

If there are any issues with your door give us or the manufacture a call.

We usually take 2 - 3 days to deal with an issue once it has been flagged up to us.

All of our composite doors come as a full door set. This means that we will fit you a new door slab, frame, threshold and sill where needed.

For jobs priced up to £3000 total inc VAT, we ask for a 20% deposit payment.

If you are happy to do so we often 'round off' a deposit amount to leave an even figure as the remaining balance. i.e. If a total balance is £1245.78, we may ask for a deposit of £245.78 leaving a final remaining balance of £1000, which would be due upon completion. We may extend the £3000 limit at our discretion. 

For jobs priced between £3000 and £10000 in total including VAT. We ask for a 20% initial deposit, this will book in the installation at a convenient date for you. We would then as for a second deposit of 30% to be made no later than 14 days before the installation date.

This will leave the final balance remaining at 50%, which will be due upon completion of your installation.

For jobs priced over £10000, we would discuss deposit payments with you.

Deposits and guarantees are protected by Insure Windows Guarantees LTD.

Both the company and Managing Director are also vetted and approved by the UK's financial markets regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

We are licensed by the Environment Agency to take away the old frame, door and any other waste. The old door and frames are also recycled where possible. 

If you want us to dispose of your old door for you we charge £30 Inc VAT.
